Indian Railway jobs vacancies has been released by Railway Recruitment Board. The total number of vacancies are 26,502. The vacancies are for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and Technician Posts. The registration form is available on their official website i.e. indianrailways.gov.in . The last date for filling the application form is March 5, 2018. The vacancies to the post of Assistant Loco Pilot is 17,673 and Various posts of Technicians are 8829. The age limit for applying to these post is between 18 years to 28 years. No candidate above or below this criteria can apply for the registration to the Indian Railway.
The starting salary offered is Rs 19,900 plus other allowances as admissible. A total of four stages take place to qualify this. The online registration has already begun and will continue till March 5, 2018. No candidate will be allowed to fill the registration form after the deadline. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in computer based test (two stages), computer based aptitude test and document verification. There will be two computer based test. They all will comprise the four stages. Candidate has to pay a total of 250 during the filling of application form. Approximately 90 lakh candidates have applied for this while lesser candidates appear for the same.

Those candidates who belong from reserved category get age relaxation as per the government rules. OBC applicants will get relaxation of 3 years and SC/ST applicants will get relaxation of 5 years.
