Chinese electric car manufacturer NIO has launched its new model, ES8 SUV in China with starting price of RMB 448,000 without subsidies. However, a battery rental plan provides a discount of RMB 100,000 on the purchase price of the NIO ES8. The new NIO ES8 is a seven-seater, high-performance electric SUV which is available with both front and rear motors. The ES8 SUV delivers 480 kilowatts of power and 840 Newton meters of torque to its all four wheels. This E-powertrain enables the ES8 to accelerate to cover from 0-100 km per hour in only 4.4 seconds. The new active air suspension on all ES8’s models of Chinese roadster creates connected riding experience. The car manufacturers also offering some free services including on-road assistance.
The NIO will also be competing against the giant Volkswagen AG in China. The ES8 is going to be the first car which has fully aluminum body and aerospace grade 7003 series aluminum alloy which is enabling a torsional stiffness of 44,140 Nm/Deg.
Moreover, the first Tesla Model X all-electric vehicle was spotted being driven in streets of Mumbai. Bollywood Actor, Ritesh Deshmukh also recently posted photos of his new Tesla Car which is gifted by his wife Genelia on his Birthday.

The Tesla Model X is an all-electric, luxury, crossover SUV and made by Tesla. It is having falcon wing doors for access to the second and third-row seats. Particularly, Tesla Model X 90 D has been imported into India which has a 90 kWh battery pack. The company claims that it provides a range of 413 Kilometers with this battery pack. Tesla Model X can sprint from 0-100 km per hour in just 4.8 seconds. It is come to India having the price of GBP 88,188, which is around INR 75,73,188. Other interesting features of Tesla Model X include an Air Suspension, GPS, Bluetooth, Touchscreen interfaces, parking sensors, All-wheel Drive, stability control, and automatic emergency brake.
