FIFA 2018: Belgium vs England, Match Preview, Line Ups and Updates

FIFA World Cup 2018 has reached on its final sway. Where France and Croatia are fully prepared to strike together in the final. In the semi-finals, England and Belgium will play together for the third position. It will not be easy for both of them to get away with high morale in this match. Not to be reached in the World Cup finals, both the teams will certainly be stabbed but now is the time when both of them can come out of it and carry out a new end and can return home with happiness. France did not allow Belgium to go into the final by defeating them in a tough match.

England’s team also lost 1-2 to Croatia after being ahead of one goal and missed the final for the second time. Now if both of them have to get something, then that is the third place. There will be a tough competition between Belgium and England in this match of prestige. The good thing for Belgium is that Thomas Münier is returning to the match and this can prove to be a headache news for England. Belgian showed a spectacular game against France. In the first half, he had invaded more than France and his defense had done a great job. But after the goal in the second half, the team was disintegrated under the pressure of the big match.

In this match, Belgium will have to refrain from repeating this mistake. At the same time, Lomelu Lucaku will have to come forward and co-operate with Eden Hejard. In front of Belgium’s defense, there will be a challenge to stop England captain Harry Kane, as well as Lingard and Rahim Staling. These three proved to be ineffective in the other semi-final and that is why they will be more dangerous if they intend to improve their mistakes in this match.

Possible line-ups

Belgium: Thibaut Courtois; Jan Vertonghen, Vincent Kompany, Toby Alderweireld; Thomas Meunier; Marouane Fellaini, Eden Hazard; Romelu Lukaku, Axel Witsel, Kevin De Bruyne, Nacer Chadli,

England: Jordan Pickford; Kyle Walker, John Stones, Harry Maguire; Jesse Lingard, Fabian Delph; Raheem Sterling, Harry Kane, Kieran Trippier, Dele Alli, Jordan Henderson.

All three of them had lost many chances to score against Croatia. If that opportunity turned into goals, then the format of this World Cup would have been different. The match will start at 7.30 pm according to Indian time.

Our Prediction:

England 2-Belgium 1
