Dalit and tribal organizations have announced the closure of the country today in protest against the recent ruling of the Supreme Court that came under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Torture Prevention Act (SAC / ST Act). Dalit organizations are performing in the country against changes in the SC / ST Act. Trains have been stopped in many places. Apart from this, incidents of skirmishes have also emerged in some cities. There were several changes in the SC / ST Act on the order of the Supreme Court. However, the government has now filed a reconsideration petition on this matter. A person has died in protests in Morena. Curfew has been imposed after the violence has taken place. High violence in the city of Morena in Madhya Pradesh during the India bandh against the Supreme Court verdict. 4:30 om IST- On violence against India, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has appealed to people not to spoil the law system. He said that if anybody has any problems then brought to the notice of the government.

3:00 pm IST– A person has died during protests in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior. As the protests turned violent, authorities have imposed curfew in Gwalior and Morena districts of Madhya Pradesh. Two persons have been killed so far in the state.

2:45 pm IST– SC declines urgent hearing on SC/ST ruling, says there’s is no urgency. Even as the massive protests are being held in several parts of the country, the Supreme Court on Monday declined urgent hearing on its recent verdict on the SC/ST Act.

2:20 pm IST– In Gwalior, 19 people have been injured, in which the condition of 2 is serious. Internet services have been stopped in Gwalior for up to 6 a.m. tomorrow.

2:08 pm IST- Delhi Police spokesman Dipendra Pathak said that Delhi Police is completely alert. We have deployed a large number of police in many places. We will do whatever is possible to follow the law.
