In the notification of SSC, it informed that a total of 15,43,962 candidates appeared in the examination which was conducted in 43 batches in different countries. There was also an issue of paper leak that that was reported by a local newspaper of Jaipur but later it was clarified by the SSC that the examination has been conducted flawlessly and without any further such incidents.

The answer key will be displayed on your computer screen. You need to download the result and are advised to take a print out of the same for future hassle-free references.

The Staff Selection Commission’s CGL Tier 1 is an examination which is conducted online. There are in total of 100 questions with the weightage of 2 marks each. The candidates are provided a time limit of one hour and the paper is divided in four parts with 25 questions each. The first part of the paper has questions based on general intelligence and reasoning, second part contains questions on general awareness, the third part contains questions on quantitative aptitude and the forth part contains questions on English comprehension. There are also chances of negative marking of 0.50 for each of the wrong answers.
