The Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the class 10th compartment examination results at their official website cbseresults.nic.in and it has declared the compartment examination result of class 12th earlier. The candidates who have appeared for the examination and are interested to check the result online are advised to keep their documents handy so that they can check the results easily.
The candidates who have appeared for the examination and want to check their results online can follow the steps mentioned here: Firstly, the candidates need to login to the result portal and then enter their valid roll number and other details being asked. The result will be there at your screen. The students are advised to take a print out of the result for hassle free future references. The Board will issue mark statements, supporting the result soon after the declaration of the result. Many a times there are chances that the website may get slow due to heavy traffic during the result declaration. Candidates should avoid clicking on spam links, in an attempt to check the result quickly.
The exam was held from July 17 onwards. This year 19,85,397 students registered for class 10th and 12 examination and out of which 8,86,506 are from Class 10 and the overall pass percentage stands at 82 per cent. As per the reports, the CBSE has decided to add one more subject and make six subjects mandatory for students who would appear for the examination in the next academic year of 2017-18.
