Gujarat Election 2017 dates has announced by Election Commission today; Polls to held in two phases

Gujarat Election dates have finally released today. As the election commission has finally released the Gujarat assembly election dates and the polling will begin from 9th December. As per the reports the Gujarat elections to be conducted in two phases; the first phase will take place on 9th December and two on 14th December. And the counting of both phases would take place on 18th December. The election commission has announced the dates after the BJP government in Gujarat declared a series of sops for different sections of the society including backward castes, farmers and health workers.

However, the candidate’s phase of both the front of Gujarat has not revealed by the parties yet. And the dates of the elections are out; the Gujarat election and Himachal elections to begin soon. The Election commission said the last date of withdrawal of the candidatures is 30th November and voting to conduct on 14th December. In this Gujarat election phase one consists 89 seats and phase two consists of 93 seats. And the total votes of Gujarat comprised of more than 4 crore votes.

The election commission also declared the expenditure over per candidate is set at Rs 28 lakhs. Recently it had announced the Himachal election dates. In Gujarat elections to be held on 9th and 14th December while in Himachal election would take place on 9th November 2017. The Congress and BJP both parties have geared up to fight in these Assembly elections.
