SSC (The Staff Selection Commission) will declare the final result of Combined Graduate Level (CGL)Examination 2016 on August 4, 2017. The result will be declared at 1800 hours tentatively on 4th August,2017. The last year the first Tier was held on August 27, 2016, and ended on September 11, 2016 and second Tier was held on November 30, 2016 to December 2, 2016. Nearly 38 lakh candidates had registered for the exam and about 14.99 lakh candidates had appeared last year in the exam. In prior notice SSC was going to declare result by the end of April 2017. Candidates can check their result on the official website ssc.nic.in.

- Go on the official home page of the website- ssc.nic.in
- Check on the “Latest News” section, and click on the link showing result of the
- SSC CGL Tier 1 exam 2016.
- Enter the your Roll Number
- Once result is open, take a print out for future reference.
The result will be prepared on the bases of merit list and result of all the three tiers – I, II, and III as per the notifications for SSC CGL. There will be no cut off as per the information on the result of Combined Graduate Level (CGL)Examination 2016. According to reports about 4796 candidates had certified for Tier III for Assistant Audit Officer post,15030 candidates had qualified for Tier III and CPT for Assistant Section Officer in CSS. For the assistant in MEA about 1254 candidates had passed for Tier III and for the post Junior Statistical Officer about 35089 candidates had got certify and DEST for all other posts. Further verification process of documents will be announced according to the provisions of the SSC CGL 2016 official notification.
