The University of Mumbai released the results of Bachelor of Arts for the semester five and six on Monday. After giving a miss to three deadlines, it gave relief to the students. The candidates who want to check their result online are advised to visit the official website, mu.ac.in. At the same time it has also been reported that all the students may not be able to access their results as all the results have not been uploaded and the university wants to the results to be out when 99 percent of it is prepared.
The examination for the same were conducted in the month of March and April and the result should have been declared till now but a major delay leading to miss of two deadlines led to all the chaos among the students. Out of 477 examinations being conducted in the first half of the year, only 374 are out.
The results of Law, Bachelor’s of Arts, Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology(BScIT) and Bachelor of Management Studies are expected to release soon as reported by the university. Three students of Law also filed a petition against the university for the loss they have faced in their career due to the delay in the results.
The students who want to check their results online can follow the steps mentioned here: Firstly, the students need to visit the official website, mu.ac.in. Then they need to click on the link given for the TYBA results on the website. Then enter the relevant details being asked in the field provided and click on the ‘Go’ tab. Your result will be displayed on the screen of your computer. The candidates are advised to take a print out of your result for future references.
