Afghanisthan,Kabul, suicide bombing at voter registration centre claims 31 lives

31 people died in a terrorist attack in Afganisthan, Kabul,  at a voter registration centre, while many people were injured in the attack. The attack is a shocking reminder that people aren’t safe as the country steps closer to the legislative elections that are going to take place on October 21 2018. The suicide attack took place at the entry gate of the centre. Health ministry spokesman Wahid Majroh stated that 31 people had been killed and 54 wounded in the fatal attack. There has been some concern over the number of people who have been killed in the attack, but the reports claim at least 31 have died, while up to 70 people might be injured because of the severity.

interior ministry spokesman Najib Danish had previously said that the death toll could be at nine people, with 56 people wounded at the site, but didn’t have the sources to confirm the news. The numbers of how many people have lost their lives to whom have been injured are still conflicting as the area reels from the situation.

The horrific incident left people crying for help as the footage from the Ariana TV showed people in different state of injuries, trying to save themselves, even as blood and body parts covered the area, and many were left dead already, among the debris of the bomb.
