For the third day of the World Championship, Srikanth had to spent sweat. In the second round, World number six Srikanth was competing against 48th Rank holder Spain’s Pablo Aubian. Srikanth defeated Pablo 21-15, 12-21, 21-14 to enter the pre-quarterfinals of the ongoing World Championships in China. Srikanth got a tough challenge from Pablo in this match. Srikanth started slowly in the first game and got the lead from 11-9 to break time. After this Srikanth played a great game and got his name in the 18th minute.
