IPL 2018 Mumbai Indians vs Delhi Daredevils Highlights – Roy hunts Mumbai’s last ball thriller show

9th Match of IPL 2018 was played between Defending Champion Mumbai Indians and Delhi Daredevils. Mumbai Indians has been lost their previous two games against Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad. However, both these games were a close encounter. Gautam Gambhir led Delhi Daredevils was also looking their first victory before this, they lost their previous two games against Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals by D/L Method. By chasing the Target, Delhi Daredevils lost their captain Gautam Gambhir early, After that, Jason Roy and Rishabh Pant made a partnership of 59 runs. Pant was bowled by Christian in 12th Over. After being out of Pant, Aussie batsman Maxwell also join the dugout early and he was out by Krunal Pandya. Shreyas Iyar and Roy built a partnership of 60 runs in just 35 balls and registered their first victory in IPL 2018. 

At first Mumbai Indians scored 194/7 in their 20-overs quota. Batsman Surya Kumar and Ewin Lewis built a strong partnership of 102 runs in 9 overs. Lewis scored 48, while Yadav hits 53 runs. Indian Young Batsman Ishan Kishan also gave his contribution of 44 runs and guided Mumbai to score 194 runs. Delhi’s Leg-spinner Rahul Tewatia and NZ Pacer Trent Boult have got 2-2 wickets each.
