On the second day of the first test match between India and England, M.Shami out Tom Curran as the last hope of England and restricted England at 287. By chasing the lead of 287 Indian openers Shikhar and Murali Vijay follow a 50 runs partnership for first wicket but Debutant young comer Sam Curran got 3 wickets in two overs and break Indian batting rhythm. Curran Bowled L. Rahul on his second delivery of the game. Previously the first day of the first Test match in Edgbaston was named by Team India as they sent English team on backfoot after the second session. There was a time when England had scored a score of 215 for 3 wickets but after that, the bowlers did a tremendous reversal. After T-break, Team India got England’s 7 wickets. Captain Joe Root 80 and Johnny Bairstow scored 70 runs and returned to the pavilion. There was a century partnership was developed between the Bairstow and Root, but this pair of England broke the route by runs out of Virat Kohli. However, it would be interesting to see how Team India’s batsmen reverse on this pitch.
