Rahul Gandhi visited Somnath Temple today ahead of the Gujarat Assembly elections 2017. However, his visit to Somnath Temple aroused the biggest controversy for Congress party. As per the reports, the Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi name at Somnath Temple has registered in the list of Non-Hindus. In the major error on the listing of Rahul Gandhi name in non-Hindu visitors in Gujarat’s Somnath temple has major erupted controversy? And this error has now become the hardest point for BJP party to bang on Congress. The Bharatiya Janta Party and Congress are the two major parties to fight for the upcoming Gujarat elections 2017.

According to the sources, the Vice president of Congress party is on the two-day visit to Gujarat to held campaign for the Gujarat Assembly elections; he visited Somnath Temple. While on another hand BJP leader PM Narendra Modi conducted four rallies in Gujarat districts including Morbi, Palitana, Navsari and Prachi near to Somnath. Also, PM Modi in his rallies, continuously criticised Congress said they will achieve nothing by visiting temples now.

Furthermore, the controversy of a Rahul Gandhi name registered in the non-Hindu list of Somnath temple has created a lot of buzz on the social media. Also, the image showing Rahul Gandhi’s name in a register as Non-Hindu is going viral. According to the norms of Somnath Temple As per the norm of the temple, every non-Hindu person visiting the Somnath temple every Non-Hindu person needs to make a register entry before entering the premises.
