Mysore Civic Elections 2018 Winners List: Ward and Party wise–Karnataka Municipal election results completely announced . JDS and Congress, and BJP made it a triangular contest. After the alliance victory in the assembly elections, there was a big challenge in front of the BJP. However, JDS on this election says that they will come again with the Congress to get BJP out. Voting on 2,662 city wards, 29 city municipalities, 53 city municipalities, 23 municipal panchayats and 135 corporation wards. This support is being followed to get BJP out of power. There were 8,340 candidates in all the seats. Congress had 2,306, BJP 2,203 and 1,397 JDS.

2:30 PM IST- The Congress emerged victorious in 982 civic body seats across the Karnataka, while the BJP has won in 927 seats, JD(S) 375, BSP 13 and Independents 363 as of 2:30 PM, according to the results declared by the SEC on its website.

1:40 PM IST- Out of the 2709 seats, the counting at the 2620 seats is over. In the 2620 seats, the BJP has won 912 seats and the Congress has bagged 964 seats. While JD(S) has got 372, the BSP has managed 13.
