Why Allahabad High Court abandons Akhilesh Yadav hotel construction in Lucknow?

Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court has barred the construction of SP President Akhilesh Yadav’s hotel in Lucknow, on Saturday. The Lucknow Bench of the High Court has sought the response from the state government, taking automatic cognizance of the matter. The High Court has asked the UP government to explain how can they give permission to build hotels in the High City area? Simultaneously, the High Court has also instructed to provide security to Shishir Chaturvedi who filed the petition in the case. The next hearing of the case will be on September 5. The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court asked from the UP Government how the hotel was allowed to build in the high secrecy zone.

Uttar Pradesh’s former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, who recently have left his Bungalow wants to open his hotel in Lucknow after the Supreme Court order. His hotel is being built on the 1st A Vikramaditya Marg. The SP President, along with his wife Dimple Yadav, is constructing a hotel named Hibiscus Heritage in Lucknow. This news came to light when the Lucknow Development Authority was applied in July for passing the hotel map on both sides.

The Lucknow Development Authority‘s Executive Engineer wrote a letter to the different departments on the revised map of their proposed hotel. In the letter, he wrote, ‘Dimple Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav have been submitted the modified proposed map (Hibiscus heritage) proposed hotel (Hibiscus heritage) in Lucknow, Land No. 1A Vikramaditya Marg, submitted for acceptance. No Objection letter from your department is necessary in this case.
