Live: Mumbai rains make the entire city a brown river. According to weather officials, this is the worst bout of rain since July 26, 2005. On that day the city of Mumbai was flooded and cars were stranded on the roads with people in it. Many areas of the city are under a lockdown now because of waist high water and vehicles not able to move.

Every Train in Mumbai is officially delayed by at least 15 minutes until further notice. If the rain pours in the same manner than this delay will also increase.

Vehicles struggles to make a move in this kind of water. CNG vehicles will have the worst of this problem as petrol and diesel likely to get less affected by it.

A bus struggles through a water-logged street after rains lashed Mumbai. All the means of transport are going down. Buses will perhaps support for sometime because cars and bikes can’t move in most of the city.

It will take more than a raincoat or an umbrella to save oneself from these kind of blessing from the sky. If the rain did not stop in few hours than the whole city might face a lockdown.
