Live: Mumbai rains make the entire city a brown river. According to weather officials, this is the worst bout of rain since July 26, 2005. On that day the city of Mumbai was flooded and cars were stranded on the roads with people in it. Many areas of the city are under a lockdown now because of waist high water and vehicles not able to move.
Every Train in Mumbai is officially delayed by at least 15 minutes until further notice. If the rain pours in the same manner than this delay will also increase.
