Krishna Janmashtami 2018: On this Day, Indians Celebrates the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna in the form of Janmashtami festival. This time Janmashtami is on 3 September. On this day devotees worship and follow the fasting for Lord Krishna. This fast is considered one of the most difficult vows. Like normal fast, people should not open this fast during the day, should not open this fast after worshiping in the evening. Janmashtami fast is opened after being Krishna’s birth. On this day, Lord Krishna was born. On this day, at 12 o’clock, Sri Krishna is born symbolically, devotees take pleasure in Shri Krishna with special offerings made by Dhani. In the long quarters of the temples, devotees stand for Krishna’s philosophy. In many ways, this fast is harder than ordinary verses. 

Krishna Janmashtami 2018: What should eat during Fasting?

  1. 1) Eat nutritious food a day before fast.
  2. 2) Drink as much water as possible.
  3. 3) Eat fresh fruit only.
  4. 4) First of all, when you open fast, firstly prepare dry Coriander Prasad.
  5. 5) Do not eat fast food before fasting.
  6. 6) Avoid eating fried and outdoor foods.

Ashtami Tithi- The Ashtami date or Tithi will begin on September 2, 2018, at 20:47 pm. September 3, 2018 until 19:19. Nishchit worship time – 23:58 to 24:44 That is, 45 minutes is a special Muhurut of worship.

Shri Krishna Janmashtami has special significance throughout India. This is one of the main festivals of Hindus. It is believed that Lord Hari Vishnu, the worshiper of the universe, took the eighth incarnation as Krishna. All the states of the country celebrate this great event in different ways.

On this day children and old people follow the fast throughout the day in the joy of the birth of their adorable Lord Krishna and singing praises of Krishna’s glory. Bhajan-kirtan scheduled in the houses and temples throughout the day. At the same time, floats are removed in the temples and in the schools, Srikrishna Leela or Play is being played on stage.
