In winter, people take some care of their face, but ignoring hair is common. A slight negligence in this season can harm your hair. Keep these things in mind so that your hair will be healthy too, with your skin. In winter, moisture will reduce from your hair and make them dry and dull. It causes dryness in the hair. Winter also causes hair loss due to the airiness, so in this season your hair needs special care. Here we are going to tell you how hair fall can be stopped by using certain select ingredients in the kitchen. Also, avoid the side effects of other addictive substances.

Onion juice

Onion juice contains sulfur content. This helps in the development of hair while promoting the production of collagen in the tissue.

Home Remedies: Cut off the onion and take out its juice. You can also grind it. Leave the juice on the scalp for 10-15 minutes and leave it. After this, wash your hair with a light shampoo.

Coconut milk

Coconut milk is the best recipe for good hair growth because it contains plenty of iron, potassium and fat.

Home remedies: Remove the milk from coconut for using it in hair. Then add half lemon and four drops of lavender oil into it and mix well. Leave on the scalp for about four to five hours. After this wash the hair.

Use Amla

This beneficial fruit is rich in vitamin C, which is good for hair growth.

Home remedies: Mix two small spoons of amla powder or two small spoon lemon juice in juice. Keep it dry for drying. When it gets dry, wash hair with lukewarm water.

Hot Oil Massage

In the winter the winds make the hair dry. To avoid this, it is most important to put plenty of oil in the hair. In this season you can use Ayurvedic oil if you wish. Whether you can massage with mustard or coconut oil in the head. Apply lukewarm oil on the head and massage with pores of the fingers to reach oil in hair roots.  It makes a protective layer in the hair, which strengthens the hair roots.

Conditioning and Steaming

Hair Conditioning is a special requirement in winter. It prepares a safer layer for your hair, which protects them from cold. After applying the conditioner, give the steam of hot water with the help of towels in hair. Doing this will make your hair silky. Not to take a steam for a long time.

Hair pack is essential

If the hair has lost its glare due to the cold weather, then use an egg well enough to make the hair shine again. Add one spoon coconut oil, one spoon castor oil, one teaspoon glycerine, one spoon vinegar and a little honey and apply it well in the hair. Then wash the hair after two hours with lukewarm water. The hair will become very shiny.

Mix honey, aloe vera and lemon, apply it on the hair. After 45 minutes wash hair with lukewarm water.
