92nd Birthday Celebration of Sathya Sai Baba with message ‘Love all, Serve all’

On Thursday devotees of Sathya Sai Baba celebrating his 92nd birthday. Satya Sai Puttaparthi is considered the abode and reservoir of humanity and humaneness as espoused by Sri Sathya Sai Baba through his message of ‘Love all, Serve all’, Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu has said. Mr. Venkaiah Naidu was received by members of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust and district officials. Minister for Housing Kalava Srinivasulu, TDP chief whip and Puttaparthi MLA Palle Raghunatha Reddy was also present there on the birth anniversary of Sathya Sai. On his birthday various cultural events are being organized to spread his teachings. Satya Sai Baba told his disciples to celebrate his birthday in such a way and spread messages my advice, follow my directives, translate my message into selfless service and engage in spiritual discipline.

Venkaiah Naidu has inaugurating ‘Sri Sathya Sai Archives’ building on Wednesday and then they addressed devotees who came from all over the world, coinciding with the week-long 92nd birth anniversary celebrations of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Sri Sathya Sai archives building houses nine lakh audio cassettes, 5.5 lakh films, 7,000 manuscripts, 10,000 videotapes, and it also has 1.5 lakh photographs which depict the life and message of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

The 45th convocation of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) was also organized on the birthday of Sathya Sai Baba. Chancellor and former CJI Justice M.N. Venkatachaliah presented degrees to 457 students of the institute which also included 18 gold medallists.
