Y.S. Jaganmohan Prajasankalpa Padayatra starts today

Y.S. Jagan Mohan had been granted the permission for his Padyatra, by the Andhra Pradesh Director General of Police (NGP) N Sambasiva Rao. The Prajasankalpa Yatra is scheduled to begin at Idupulapaya, which is situated in Kadapa distrct. Now, Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy has released the schedule for the first day of the Padayatra. The major events for the yatra include paying homage at the YSR Ghat, addressing the public meeting where Mohan would be giving a speech to the present members, and Flag hoisting ceremony. The Yatra will start at the YSR ghat and then going from Idupulapaya and Maruthi Nagar Village, and Kummarampally village, it’ll end at the Vampalli Village, Idupulapaya.

All the security protocols are in place for the Yatra, to make sure that there isn’t any kind of mishap or attack on the leader. The DGP had confirmed that they would be making sure to provide security to Mohan and also patrol the area for any potential threats.

Ummareddi Venkateswarlu and Botsa Satyanarayana had been seeking the approval of the DGP along with KP Saradhi, and had sent the letter to him for the approval.

Jagan Mohan’s padyatra is meant for the upcoming state election, and will span 3000 KM. The planned interactions will take place on all the 500 regions of meetings. There will be 180 social organizations and at least 125 meetings with the public.
