Two terror suspects arrested in Bihar

Two terror suspects including one accused in the 2008 Ahmedabad bomb blast case were arrested in Bihar’s Gaya district on Thursday, police said.

According to police officials, the Bihar Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) along with the district police arrested the two terror suspects including Taushif, who was allegedly involved in the Ahmedabad bomb blast of 2008, in Gaya town.

Gaya Senior Superintendent of Police Garima Malik said both are being questioned by a police team.

According to police, Taushif was wanted in the Ahmedabad bomb blast case but he was absconding.

Both the suspects, arrested near a cyber cafe, were residing in Gaya after changing their identity.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and a Gujarat ATS team are likely to visit Gaya to question the two, police said.
