Shiv Sena could support Narendra Modi government in No-Trust Vote tomorrow

Shiv Sena is going to lend its support for the Narendra Modi government during No-Confidence motion Vote that has been organized by the opposition for tomorrow. A formal announcement is also going to be made soon this evening, a source has suggested. This is the first motion in four years since the BJP-NDA coalition government came to power. Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan decided to organize the vote on the Monsoon Session. Andhra Pradesh chief minister and TDP president N Chandrababu had together tried to get the support of other parties because they thought the NDA government had not been able to fulfill the promises that it had made with the public.

Eighteen MP’s from the Shiv Sena party are going to support Narendra Modi government, if the reports can be trusted. However, the party has not taken a concrete decision on the issue of the support. Sena leader Sanjay Raut had yesterday told the media that the voice of the opposition should be heard, even if there is only one person who is protesting against the authorities. He added that the party is going to speak when the right occasion comes, and the decision will be take according to the willingness of Udhav Thackrey.

A few rumors had suggested before that the party had become displeased because BJP had not asked it first to come for the floor test. The motion is going to begin tomorrow at 11 am. The discussion is going to range from the violence that is being committed against the SC-ST communities, the communal tensions and violence of communities against each other, and the situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
