Today, in Ryan International school murder case of Class II student Pradyuman Thakur, the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) sent accused class XI student to Juvenile home for 14 days. However, the arguments about the murder case of Pradyuman, on fingerprints will take place on 29 November. The Gurugram District Court granted bail against a bond of Rs 50,000 to the bus conductor, Ashok Kumar who was initially named as the accused in a murder case.
Ashok Kumar was arrested on September 8, about seven hours after the incident, and the police claimed that he had tried to sexually assault Pradyuman, and then killed him with a knife inside the bathroom of school. However, there had been no sign of sexual assault done with Pradyuman.
The lawyer of Ashok, Anil Kumar said, “The bail was granted to Ashok under Article 21 of the constitution. There were a lot of differences between findings of CBI and Haryana Police.”
On November 8, in a shocking development, the CBI arrested the Class XI student of the same school in connection with the murder of Pradyuman. The student confessed to the crime he did in the presence of his father, independent witnesses and a social welfare board member, CBI Investigators told earlier to a Juvenile Court when they took the student in a custody.
