Ryan International School reopens today; CBI investigation continues

Ryan International School, Bhondsi which created a lot of buzz due to the murder case of one of the students Pradyuman by the conductor after sexually assaulting the child. After days of shut down, the school reopened on Monday morning. A student of class 2 who was Pradyuman Thakur was assaulted by the school bus conductor on September 8. With the harassment and murder, the conductor was immediately arrested with the allegations of murder and sexual assault. After days of this incident, the students are still afraid to go to the toilet or drink water as well.

The parents and the students are in fear of sending their children to school as they feel unsafe environment of the school may harm their child too. The school was opened last Monday but then again it was shut down for a week again. The police has filed an FIR under the sections 302 that is for murder, 25 of the Arms act and then again added the sections 75 that is of the Juvenile Justice Act and 12 of the POSCO Act.

The investigation by the CBI started last week with the orders of the chief minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar. The Gurgaon police has issued an order to the CEO Ryan Pinto for the interrogation process on September 26 with the documents relevant to the investigation. In Pintos had also applied the anticipatory bail in the High Court but their plea was rejected.
