Republic Day celebration will have ten main Chief guest. Republic Day will be celebrated on January 26 when the Indian Constitution came into force. This day is celebrated mainly in the capital of India, New Delhi. This year, 100 odd government agencies will take part in the preparation of parade where the presence of 10 heads of Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN will be witnessed. The 69th Republic Day will witness 10 Chief Guest.
The Chief Guest will be from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Brunei. Prime Minister, Modi had invited the ASEAN leaders to this year parade during the ASEAN- India submit in November. The main significance of the ASEAN leaders attending the celebration is that ASEAN has completed 50 years of formation and India has completed 25 years of partnership. Prime Minister will receive all the Chief Guest at the India Gate accompanied by the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind. The president of our country will address the country on January 25. Many students across the guest country will be witness parading with the Indian Army, Indian Air-Force and Indian Navy. Women will also participate in the celebration of 69th Republic Day , total of 113 women will be seen performing stunts on this day.
Prime Minister said that 1.25 Billion people of India are keen to welcome the Chief Guest. This day is one of the main day in India. The Constitution of India came into effect on this day. All the official places are closed this day. Military parade, display of military equipment and National flag are the important symbol this day. The Prime Minister has already sent the invitation to ASEAN. This day will mark the double celebration as India will complete 25 year grouping with ASEAN.
