Ram Leela a dramatic folk based on Lord Rama starts from today across India

RamLeela is a dramatic folk based on the life of Lord Rama according to the Hindu epic Ramayana. Ramleela observes every year before some days of Diwali. The shows of Ramleela begins from Navratras and ends on Diwali. And particularly it refers to the dramatic play, dance event or the show of the thousands of Hindu god of Ramacharitmanas. Ramleela shows take place in the evening hours across Nation. And people depicts the story of God Rama through plays, act, and drama. And these plays reenact scenes from the much-loved Hindu emotional, suspenseful and romantic saga Ramayana. The whole story of Ramayana presented through Ramleela including the defeat of the demon Ravan on the tenth day.

The calendar of 2017 again brought us the festive season bit earlier than usual year. Finally, the people start with the preparation for Navratras, Durga Pooja and Dussehra. And the Navaratras and Diwali season makes all the market look colorful and glittering while devotees start cleaning their homes. In Delhi, Ramleela show begins at many popular places like Ram Leela maidan Shri Ram Lila Committee, Shri Dharmic Leela Committee, Nav Shri Dharmik Leela Committee, Lav Kush Ram Lila Committee and Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra located in Red Fort. And at most of the places, it starts on the first day of Navratri.
