Rahul Gandhi slams Mohan Bhagwat’s comments on the Army

Congress President Rahul Gandhi is going to hold a tribal rally, and two public meetings that will take place in three districts on the third day of his Janashirvada Yatra. He is also scheduled to visit the Sharana Basaveshwara Mandir and the Khwaja Bande Nawaz dargah today, which is included in his campaign. He is aboard a bus, and accompanying leader including the President of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee G Parameshwara. He is also going to visit Raichur, Yadagiri, Gulbarga districts in the Hyderabad-Karnataka region. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who is from Congress has every wish to retain his influence over the state by winning the elections this time too.

And even though he has been on tour, Rahul did take the time to slam the Mohan Bhagwat , chief of RSS nationalist party for his comments on the Indian Army, “The RSS Chief’s speech is an insult to every Indian, because it disrespects those who have died for our nation. It is an insult to our flag because it insults every soldier who ever saluted it. Shame on you Mr Bhagwat, for disrespecting our martyrs and our Army.”

Mohan Bhagwat’s comments have been criticized from politicians, as he has been told to have disrespected the Indian Army by claiming that the members of his party can form a force in just three days while it is going to take the Indian Army six months to do the same.
