Gorakhpur riots 2007 hearing against CM Yogi Adityanath postponed till 1st November

Gorakhpur riots case of 2007 hearing postponed until 1st November. As per the reports, the hearing of the Gorakhpur riots 2007 case to hold on Monday, somehow, on the request of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, it was deferred its next hearing till Tuesday. As the bench of Justice Krishna Murari and Justice AC Sharma was hearing the plea of Parvez Paroja, now, it has postponed to November. As per the reports, the hearing on the several petitions that was pending has opened up in Allahabad High Court on Monday. However, hearing on the petition that filed against the CM Yogi Adityanath was very important.

The petition that filed against CM Yogi Adityanath and other leaders for claiming the case of inciting the 2007 riots in Gorakhpur has filed by the Parvez Parvaj in the Allahabad High Court. It has been postponed now on rejecting the state government by prosecuting Yogi Adityanath as per the sources. The Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Aditynath has demanded CBI inquiry into the matter.

Although the Allahabad Court is not satisfied with the petition that has filed against the CM and it had expressed its displeasure. As CM Yogi Adityanath accused in this matter according to the petition, so to avoid some difficult circumstances the court, has postponed the hearing for November.
