Earthquake of Magnitude 4.0 hits Sonipat and Delhi-NCR, No casualty reported

Light earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR on Sunday evening. The earthquake is being reported in Sonipat, Haryana. Earthquake intensity at the Richter scale is measured at 4.0. Geologists said that lightning shocks were felt at 3.37 pm on Sunday evening. The earthquake came and people of NCRs became disturbed. however, no casualty reported so far. The center of the earthquake was in Sonipat, Haryana, about 45 km from the national capital. There is no news of any casualties yet. When earthquakes felt, people came out of the house and started sharing information about it with each other.

Gaurav Shrivastava( A person) wrote on Twitter – It was an earthquake like before, I felt a shock. I pray for the good of everyone. Gargi wrote – I was studying in the room on the first floor, due to the earthquake suddenly started moving the bed. Later heard that an earthquake of magnitude 6.0 came. Shailaja Verma, another person of Delhi NCR wrote – I feel shocked at the office. Before going down the building, I checked Twitter. Mukesh said that it felt like someone was shaking my bed when we saw Twitter, earthquake was detected.

Significantly, Delhi is considered very sensitive in terms of an earthquake. Earthquake shocks were felt more in Delhi, Noida, Gururgram, Faridabad’s Highrise Building. Although these shocks are being told, lightweight. So people do not have to worry about it. Fans and chandeliers started moving in high-rise buildings, causing people to know about the earthquake.

In many areas of Delhi, people stopped shops and came to safer places on the roads. The earthquake came only for a few seconds. But due to the dread, people remained out of the house for a long time. Earthquake tremors have occurred in Delhi-NCR a few months ago. Earthquake shocks People living in high-rise buildings in Delhi-NCR felt more. However, no damage to life and property is yet to be reported to the earthquake.
