E-Way Bill to be generated by the consignor if the transportation of goods is being done in own conveyance, railways or by air. And if goods handed over to any transporters then also the E-Way Bill needs to be generated. And as per the rules, now the transportation or movement of goods more than the value of Rs 50,000, cannot be transported from one place to another without an e-way bill.
