Diwali/Deepawali is five days festival in Hindu religion celebrated by every Hindu all around the world. Every year Diwali festival is observed on Amavasya of Kartik month of Krishan paksha according to Hindu calendar. Diwali is marked as the return day of Lord Rama along with his wife Mata Sita and brother Lakshmana after 14 years of agyatwas to their kingdom Ayodhya. People of Hindu religion welcome Lord Rama with rangoli and lights and celebrate the day by exchanging gifts and sweets. For Diwali festival, people clean their house and decorate with flowers, leaves Rangoli, and lights.

Diwali Muhurat Trading Time

The Muhurat trading, for Diwali on 19 October, will be in between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. yesterday Indian market closed with the mild gain and will open for muhurat trading today at 6:30 to 7:30. Diwali Muhurat Trading is a special session conducted by leading stock market BSE and NSE on the auspicious day of Diwali festival. It is believed that earning the profit on this day will be beneficial for the traders for the whole year. On this day shagun is done by placing a buy order at the opening bell which is considered as a luck for the forthcoming year. This is considered as first order global cues during this session as they realize that the normal markets are closed for the next sessions. prayers and celebrations are held in brokerages firm across India.
