The draw list of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will be announced today on 30 November. More than 46,000 people applied for the Delhi Development Authority housing scheme, in which the authority is offering over 12,617 flats. The Housing Scheme draw was earlier scheduled for October but the date was delayed, and set for 30th November. The DDA Housing Scheme 2017 draw process is being live streamed, on government video portal, http://webcast.gov.in/dda, and also on official website dda.org.in/ddanew/housing.aspx.

Starting with going to the official website, www.dda.org.in. After that click on the ‘Housing’ tab on the home-page. Then click on DDA Winner List 2017 which make you, to download the PDF file with the names of the winners of 2017 draw. Total 46,182 registrations were done in this year however, the government is providing 12,617 flats which are located in Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Pitampura, Paschim Vihar and Siraspur.
The price for the High-Income Group (HIG) flats is between Rs 53.52 lakh and Rs 126.81 lakh, However, Middle-income group (MIG) flats price are ranging from Rs 31.32 lakh to Rs 93.95 lakh. Also, the one-bedroom flats or the low-income group (LIG) flats price are ranging from Rs 14.50 lakh to Rs 30.30 lakh and price of Janta flats will be ranging from Rs 7.07 lakh to Rs 12.76 lakh.
