As per reports Heavy rains in Chandigarh and nearby areas on Monday morning. causing inconvenience to commuters.The nearby satellite towns like Mohali in Punjab and Panchkula in Haryana were also hit hard, with several low-lying areas suffering water logging.
Roads turned into virtual rivers due to blockage. Vehicles broke down on flooded roads due to which heavy traffic on Chandigarh roads.Peoples were not able to reach their working places on time. Distance of 20 Min in normal days take around 45 minutes to 1:30 minutes.
