BSE News: Just dial Clarifies the buzz “No Proposal from Google”, Share still up by 6%

India’s benchmark indices opened on a lower side on Friday. BSE trading 53 points down to 33197 while NIFTY is 17 points and trading at 10440.Top gainers on BSE are GDL 23 points up to 260, followed by RTN Power 10% up to  7.44 and SOBHA 39 points gain to 520.45 at 12:45 IST.Top Losers on the board are RCOM followed by VEDIOIND and Aurobindo Pharma. Shares of Justdial trending on BSE after the media report comes that the US internet giant Google is in talks with the company to acquire its business.

However, Just Dial Clears the air that  “there is no proposal in respect of the acquisition of Just Dial by Google and news published in Business Standard is factually incorrect” This is was the response by Just Dial after being asked by BSE on Friday. The statement came at 11:55 IST and after this statement, the share loses almost 58 points to fall at 488.80 from 545 the momentum.At 13:58 share of Just Dial is still up by 6% on BSE and trading at 490.
