Amit Shah’s rally in Jind, one lakh bikes expected to ply on road

BJP Leader Amit Shah is scheduled to visit  Jind, for a “Yuva Hunkar” rally, that has been a matter of discussion because 1 Lakh bikes are going to join the procession through the roads of the city. Amit is going to try and persuade people to give the party another chance, as the city is considered crucial in the politics and its influence in the state of Haryana, where, because of the recent controversies its hold has been wavering. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is also going participate in the rally too, and is going to arrive separately at the spot.

The inclusion of 1 Lakh bikes in the rally has raised some objections, chiefly from the National Green Tribunal, which, responding to a petition, asked the center to respond why they are using so many vehicles for the rally. The petition which was lodged by Advocate Victor Dhissa, asked the party to utilise bicycles that won’t contribute to the pollution and will also be healthy for the people. But, it seems that Haryana government has assured the tribunal that it only Bikes that have pollution clearance are going to be included in the rally.

Apart from NGT reservations, the Akhil Bhartiya Jat Aarkashan Sangharsh Samiti (AIJASS) has also declared that it is going to try and disrupt the rally. It is necessary for all the MLAs from the BJP party to attend the rallies that are being conducted. Manohar Lal Khattar has welcomed Amit Shah for the rally. The rally is scheduled to begin at 1 PM.
