Abdul Qavi Desnavi 87th birth anniversary marks by Google Doodle today. He was the famous Urdu language writer, critic, bibliographer and linguistic. He is popularly known for his work about Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and Mirza Ghalib. Today is his 87th birth anniversary. Abdul Qavi Desnavi was born in Bihar Desna Village on 1st November 1930. He played a powerful role in the evolution of Urdu literature in India. Over the five years decade, author Desnavi wrote the wider range of Urdu texts including biographies, poetry and anthologies. On 7th July 2011, the writer died.

On his 87th birth anniversary Google doodle along with several people on the social media sites celebrating his birthday. The birthday of literary critic and Urdu author is celebrating across the India. He was also awarded several awards for his literary work. And the most prominent work of his our Motala-E-Khotoot Ghalib, Talash-E-Azad, Sat Tahriren along with his magnum opus. One of his famous biographical named as Hayat-e-Abul Kalam Azad has celebrated the life of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad in 2000.

However, the Urdu writer Desnavi published over fifty books based on Urdu literature. And his amazing work on Urdu literary exerted the powerful influence over Urdu literature. He taught some of India’s finest Urdu poets and writers such as Javed Akhtar and Iqbal Masood.
