Tamil Nadu Class 12th Board Result 2018 has been announced by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) today May 16 at 9:30 am. The TNDGE put out the TN Result 2018, Tamil Nadu +2 Result 2018 on its official website tnresults.nic.in. The TN HSC +2 Result pass percentage was 91.1%. Virudhnagar district recorded highest pass percentage with 97%, while Erode comes at second with 96.3% pass percentage. Total 6754 schools achieved 100% results in these exams. In these exams, Girls outperformed boys and secured a total pass percentage of 94.1%, while The pass percentage of boys are 87.7%. The Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Class 12th examination for the year 2017-18 was conducted by the TNDGE from March 1- April 6. The performance of Chennai students marginally improved from 92.99% pass percentage (last year) to 93.09% (this year), while The overall pass percentage has dipped from 92.1% to 91.1% this year.
