2 more person test positive in Noida for Corona, containment zone definition revised

2 persons were tested positive and 119 were found negative in Noida for corona virus, count suggesting sluggish but gradually growth in Gautam Budh Nagar district. On positive note, recovery rate has been quite extraordinary in Noida, with  total patients cured and free from covid-19 were 119. Remaining active cases reported by Gautam Budh Nagar’s District Magistrate on twitter is 76. District magistrate also reported through social handle about focus of medical team shifting to set up medical camps in villages for early symptom detection, sensitisation of private hospitals, early case tracing and creating awareness.

Local administration after consultation from state government has also revised containment zone period to 21 days from 28 days based on last found after the report of latest negative case. Uttar Pradesh till 14th May has reported 3902 confirmed cases with 2072 recovered covid-19 patients and 88 deaths. Total active cases for the state stands at 1742. Aggressive approach from administration and state government has been helpful in controlling the pandemic, despite initial hiccups. Agra city is leading the tally of maximum infected coronavirus patients in Uttar Pradesh.

Current COVID-19 confirmed cases in India are 82093, with 2650 deaths and 28020 recovered patients. 51423 patients are undergoing treatment for cure.
