Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma start script reading to prepare for ‘Sui Dhaaga’

Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma are co-staring in Yash Raj Films upcoming ‘Sui Dhaaga’. In the picture posted by YRF on Twitter, Varun and Anushka are sitting on the floor of YRF and paying attention to their script with some of the other cast and crew members. Sui Dhaaga is directed by Dum Laga Ke Haisha famed Sharad Kataria, who will be doing his second with YRF. Varun and Anushka have both posted their respective pictures of learning to weave a piece of cloth which must be an important part of their characters.

Varun has never worked with Sharad, Anushka or YRF before which indicates that he must be having a lot of faith in the script of this film. Varun is perhaps the only actor in the younger generation who has not delivered a single flop in his career so far and is truly on his way to superstardom. Varun delivered the biggest hit of his career by the name of Judwaa 2 which did the box office of more than 120 crores and it truly establishes his star power because film was panned by critics and audience rating was not the best in it.

Varun’s upcoming release is October, which is directed by Shoojit Sircar targeting the month of April to figure out a release date. Anushka’s upcoming film is her home production horror genre ‘Pari’ in which she plays a ghost and teaser has scared the daylights out of people. Anushka and YRF have had the longest bond together as she started her career with them in a Shahrukh Khan starrer called ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ and her last venture with them so far was Salman Khan starrer blockbuster ‘Sultan’ released in 2016. Release date of Sui Dhaaga is not announced yet as the film will go on floor for principal production very soon.
