The signature superhero flick Thor: Ragnarok, came this week with the best start of the Hollywood film in India. The collection of the first day of the film went up to Rs.7.73 crore Nett. And GrossBOC: Rs.9.91 crore. India biz. The film is expected to hit a bang at the box-office. The film which is marking the third film of the Thor franchise stars the talented heroes and heroines of Hollywood from, Tars Chris Hemsworth, Cate Blanchett, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba and Jeff Goldblum. Also, the film has been directed and acted by Taika Waititi, who indeed has played a crucial role in the film.
Though the film is the third part of the Thor franchise after 2011’s Thor and 2013’s Thor: The Dark World. The film is under the banner of Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, which is also marking to be the seventeenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).the film has got the screenplay from Eric Pearson, who is getting a lot of appreciation around the world.
Though the film clashed with few big Bollywood banners Red Chillies Entertainment and Dharma Productions Ittefaq, starring Sidharth Malhotra, Akshaye Khanna and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles, under the director Abhay Chopra, who collection took a slow start at the box-office with Rs. 4.05 crore, but is expected to raise over the weekend. Trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, took his Twitter account to share the updates of the first-day collection.
