Shahrukh Khan unveiled the first look of his upcoming film ‘Zero’ on the occasion of 2018 New Year, when was the first time Srk was seen in the avatar of a vertically challenged man or now a frowned upon word dwarf. If the reports are to be believed than Khan will slowly unveil the clips regarding his film Zero every festival with the films of other people. Shahrukh is known for being a marketing genius and using his stardom to somehow pull people in the theater in a good capacity.
Second look of Zero will be unveiled with Anushka Sharma starrer Pari as the film is a holi release and shall contribute to the promotional festival strategy. Apparently, next up on the list is Salman Khan starrer mega project Race 3 which will release on EID. Salman’s films usually get maximum number of audience in Hindi cinema hence releasing anything with the print of his feature is a good strategy. It seems as though Shahrukh is leaving nothing to chance this time after the disastrous performance of his film Jab Harry Met Sejal and which is why he started the promotions a year from the release.
Usually promotions in Hindi film industry start 2-3 months before if the project is highly anticipated but Khan is going all out risking his reputation with this one. Post EID, Zero might celebrate Diwali with biggest film of the year by the name Thugs Of Hindostan which stars Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles. Nothing stands taller in Indian cinema than a good Aamir Khan film and many people would want to attach their trailer with the print of that film as Thugs is going to be a huge release. Shahrukh might have also planned something for Dusshera and Janmashtami. Zero will release on Christmas 2018.
