Salman Khan’s new avataar in his upcoming flick Hamuman Da Damdaar

The wait is finally going to be over for the Salman Khan fans as Salman Khan is all set to be seen in the silver screen this weekend for his upcoming movie Hanuman Da Damdaar. The film seems to be fresh take on the mythological saga of India’s original superhero, Bajrangbali. The film is directed by Ruchi Narain and is a jungle adventure film with inspiration from the Ramayana. However, the surprise in the movie is the Salman Khan’s new avataar in the movie as the powerful God Hanuman.

The actor played a Hanuman Bhakt in Bajrangi Bhaijaan and now is giving voice to the God. It is unlike the usual voice overs and Salman is in a totally peppy mood. The actor has used some of his iconic lines like Mujh Par Ek Ehsaan Karna and many other jokes in the film.

Salman seems to be having a lot of fun doing this voice-over.The ease and flair that Salman brings to the character of the Mahabali will surely endear him to a number of young fans across India. It is not only Lord Hanuman who is in filmy style. We have all the gods and goddesses mouthing contemporary lines in Hanuman Da’ Damdaar. Director Ruchi Narain said, “When I was a kid we always watched these big animation films which were made in Hollywood and I used to wonder why don’t we do it when we have so many stories. We wanted to do something fun, on a large scale and something everybody would want to watch.”

The trailer of the movie if you see is really funny and entertaining. Salman has lent voice to the grown-up Hanuman, but the film is more on his younger version. Other actors from our film industry have lend their voice to the character namely Javed Akhtar as Rishi Valmiki, Makarand Deshpande as Vishrava , Raveena Tandon as Hanuman’s Mother, Kunal Kemmu as Devraj Indra and Vinay Pathak as Popat Sharma

.

The movie begins at a point where Hanuman is in his younger years and he meets Lord Rama, a time when he was oblivious of his strength, mettle, and purpose in life. Also, the film has Raveena Tandon lending her voice to the character of Hanuman’s mother, Anjani.

Salman Khan is seen in his best animated dubbing:

The movie is set to release on 2nd June, 2017.
