Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan is gearing up for the release of his next film titled Jattu Engineer, a comedy which has been produced under the banner of Hakikat Entertainment Private Limited and directed by India’s first father- daughter director Jodi of Saint Dr. MSG and Honeypreet Insan. The film is all set to hit theatres in two days on 19th May with the likes of the Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Half Girlfriend and Irfan Khan’s Hindi Medium, which are releasing on the same weekend.
But as far as competition from the above two releases is concerned, Jattu Engineer has no hurdles, as the film has its own huge set of targeted audience, who are the followers of MSG and will not miss watching the film for anything.
MSG will be seen playing a double role in Jattu Engineer, one that of a headmaster of a school and the other being a mischievous person. The story of the movie revolves around an underprivileged village that is struck by poverty, unemployment and drug menace and the film will show how a teacher (MSG) transforms the fate of all these villagers with his deep wisdom and commitment to elevate the standard of living of this village. Jattu Engineer will also highlight PM Narendra Modi’s dream project – Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
In the times of vulgar, double meaning jokes being presented in films in the name of comedy, Jattu Engineer aims at bringing a revolution in the comedy film genre, with a light hearted, clean film that has a powerful message to send out. The makers managed to shoot the film in a record time of 15 days, which is commendable.
The film will reportedly have a premiere in Delhi, planned at the behest of the innumerable MSG followers. We are sure, like his earlier releases, Jattu Engineer too will be a treat for the devotees/ followers of Saint Dr. MSG, who will flock cinema halls in large numbers.
