Priya Varrier’s performance in the 30 second teaser of the movie Oru Adaar Love, has taken over the internet and has propelled her into super stardom. Her expressions made people remember their own childhood and school days, and how they used to be in love with their class mates. All the small things that first love brings, with innocence and a little bit of rebelliousness. But, Priya had never expected something like this, and in variety of interviews, she has said that the expressions she gives for the scene were spontaneous and weren’t in the script, the director only told her to do something that would capture the interest of the audiences.
Not only was Priya successful in delivering so many giddy emotions in a matter of 30 seconds, she became the national crush in a matter of days, with 2 million followers on Instagram and still counting. Priya also clarified in the interviews that she doesn’t have a Twitter account, and only made a Facebook few days ago when the clip became viral.
Apart from acting, Priya is also a very good singer, and has aspirations to work in Bollywood. When she was asked the actors from the Industry she likes the most, Priya answered, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shah Rukh Khan. She said that she’d still like to complete her studies first and then thinking of any movie offers. Priya has also said that the movie isn’t complete yet, and she’d return for the shoot. She in enjoying the fame, but is also careful to not overdo it and just wants to live normally.
