The Bollywood Hindi romantic comedy film, Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi, is finally in theatres after much delay and postpone today i.e 15th September 2017. The film which is marking Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal in the leading role together for the first time in twenty years and it is a romantic comedy which is directed by Sanjay Chhel. The other important cast of the film is Vir Das, Payal Ghosh, Shilpa Shinde, Jinal Belani and Prem Chopra. Under the banner of Bholenath Movies and Cinekorn Entertainment, the film is bankrolled by Bharat Patel and Kalapi Nagda.

The story of the film revolves around the conservative families of Gujarati, which is played by Paresh Rawal, and the Punjabi family part is played by Rishi Kapoor. Like the usual fight between both was Gujja hates show-off flamboyant Punjabis, and vice-versa. But who knows about destiny! Guggi Tandon, the Punjabi guy comes to live in the society of Gujrati, Hasmukh Patel. The situation got worse when their son and daughter, played by Vir Das and Payal Ghosh, feel in love and plans to get married despite knowing about their fathers hates each other. Payal Ghosh, who is playing the role of the daughter of Gujarati, Paresh Rawal, is marking her debut with the role.

One major hype of the movie is the item song, ‘Maro Line’ which is picturized on the famous TV celebrity, Shilpa Shinde. The film also has captured the beautiful locations of Surat and Mumbai with the cinematographer Neelabh Kaul and Venugopal. The film which started his shoot back in the year 2014, has finally released after much wait and struggle. The chemistry between Paresh Rawal and Rishi Kapoor is the most entertaining part of the film. So if you were over loaded this week, this movie will surely make you feel light in your mind.
