Padmaavat row: Bring Padmaavat to Gujarat Twitterati pours

After the immense ruckus, Padmaavat movie has finally hit the theatres across India. In the wake of Karni Sena protest, Padmaavat was not able to make it shows to the theatres of states such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand. And now the people of Gujarat are demanding to release Padmaavat in their state. Gujarati’s overflowed on the social media site with hashtag Bring Padmaavat to Gujarat. And they have also tweeted “if everyone can watch Padmaavat across India then why can’t Gujarati’s can watch Padmaavat”.

Padmaavat faced a lot of controversies and ruckus before the release. It makes the audiences crazy with the outshining performances of the actors, plot and the dialogues. The people who have watched Padmaavat said that movie in total has talked about the pride of Rajputs. And they also said that it is the best movie which portrays Rajputs in an astonishing way. And they said that Ranveer and Deepika, gave the astounding performance like always. Also, the audiences claimed there is not a single scene of Deepika Padukone (Rani Padmavati) alongside Ranveer Singh (Allauddin Khilji).

However, to stop the release of Padmaavat across India, Karni Sena and the various Rajput communities have protested on the roads. And their protest causes damage to buses and other properties. Also before the two days of its release, the police have arrested around 18 protestors of Karni Sena who attacked the school bus full of childrens in Gurugram. The video of Karni Sena attacking school bus had also viral on the social media. And now after having the reviews about the movies the people of Gujaratians are also demanding their rights to watch Padmaavat. The movie has scored good response from the audiences as well as the critics. And it has garnered Rs 18 crores on the first day of its opening.
