On Wednesday paid preview nigh film earned 5 crore and on Thursday it banked 19 crores nationwide making it Ranveer Singh’s biggest day ever despite of a fractured release. On first holiday, Friday it banked 31 crores, which is unprecedented for a Shahid Kapoor or Deepika Padukone film. Internationally the film is grossing earthquakes in most of the overseas market as it has crossed $3 million on North America box ofice. To earn 20 crores in 3 days in North America despite of being a Hindi release is a sheer sign of this one being a masterpiece.

In Australia film is about to break Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s lifetime in 2 upcoming days of collection. Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan did not let the film release hence the film is losing on at least 1000 screens out of almost 5000. Padmaavat was made and released on the gigantic budget of 200 crores and it shows in each and every inch and bit of the frame. Sunday collections are definitely going to be far beyond Saturday and shall be close to 35 crores a day, a number only seen by superstars like Salman and Aamir Khan. Collections of the film would have been far greater if the release was not fractured and could have shattered all records if the release was proper but nonetheless it is getting better by each passing day. Reviews of the film are highly of praise and audience reaction is mind-blowing which is a sign that film will only grow on the box office and shall also break television rating point when it will arrive on some channel.
