NTR has just delivered one of the biggest success of 2017 in Telugu cinema by the name of ‘Jai Lava Kusa’ and he is riding high on the success of it. His next film is tentatively titled ‘NTR 28’ and it is being directed by Trivikram, who is a blockbuster director. NTR Jr is leaving absolutely no stone unturned to make sure that his film ends up being a blockbuster which is why music director Thaman is signed up to score music for the film. Thaman has said that the script is extraordinary which is why it will be a challenge for him to compose.
Pooja Hegde is been doing many Telugu films and after DJ with Allu Arjun she is seemingly a star down south. Her presence in the film will certainly guarantee a set of audience. NTR will be working with her for the first time and the makers have roped in Shraddha Kapoor for an equally important character. It’s a win-win situation for both as Shraddha is looking to extend her market in South Indian cinema while NTR plans to extend his in to Hindi cinema as he has got a few fans here.
Post Baahubali, many Telugu actors are looking to expand their boundaries beyond Andhra to try and nail the massive Hindi film market. It will be an advantage to the producer as well because they can produce a big budget film with a Telugu superstar if eh has a reach in Hindi speaking market as well otherwise the size of the film will be confined. NTR Jr. is almost half way into his career now and has made some serious stardom in Telugu and Tamil market and it could be a good time for him to experiment with the nature of this film because eh can almost guarantee some audience to himself.
