Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one actor who believes in the power of cinema and is not restricted by its form. Be it small budget experimental movies or big budget blockbusters starring superstars, he has tried his hand at all kinds of films and has managed to excel in each form. So it came as no surprise when the actor took to his Twitter account to announce that he is collaborating with Mukesh Chhabra to organize a short film festival named Bolti Khidkiyaan. Congratulations started pouring in immediately as the announcement was made on twitter. One of the first celebrities to express his delight was television actor turned Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput.
For those of you unaware, Mukesh Chhabra is India’s leading casting director who runs ‘Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company’ (MCCC) which had its inception in the year 2008 and has since then become one of the top ranking casting companies which serve clients the world over. Name any leading film from recent times that managed to make a mark for itself, chances are that, the casting for the film was done by Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company. PK, Dangal, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Gangs of Wasseypur, Mom etc, all of these spectacular films had actors cast by this company.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui posted a tweet which read as, “If cinema inspires, moves and grooves you, We have something really exciting coming your way.”

While details of this short film festival called Bolti Khidkiyaan are not out yet, the names of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sushant Singh Rajput being attached to the event are sure to attract a lot of eye balls. We will keep you posted on other details that emerge about this film festival.
